TYLER REAGIN
CO-FOUNDER
Tyler Reagin is the founder and CEO of The Life Giving Company. He is the author of The Life-Giving Leader (Oct 2018) and Leading Things You Didn’t Start (2021).
He was the President of Catalyst, a leadership development organization that exists to unify and equip leaders who love the Church through resources and experiential events.
Prior to leading the charge at Catalyst, Tyler served for seven years under the leadership of Andy Stanley as the Service Programming Director of Browns Bridge Community Church (a campus of North Point Ministries).
He received his Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and serves as a leadership coach for teams and organizations.
JOSH TURNER
PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER
Josh has been working for global ministries and serving the local church for almost 20 years. He works for a number of different global missions and ministry organizations as well as serving on the teaching team for several local churches across the United States. Josh has a heart for the lost, helping the Kingdom advance, and seeing others in Christian leadership make it the long haul. He is passionate about helping Christian leaders stay healthy in life and ministry.
Josh loves the outdoors and all things adventure. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Becca, and their teenage daughter, Riley. Their son, Ayden, is currently working for a non-profit in Montana serving Christian business and ministry leaders.

Jim Sheppard
Jim Sheppard is CEO & Principal of Generis, a consulting firm passionate about helping churches inspire and cultivate generosity through giving development, coaching, and strategy.
Jim is a student of generosity and is passionate about spreading it throughout the Church. For the last 30+ years, he has devoted his life to coaching pastors especially in navigating the resource limitations that restrict their ministry potential. Jim understands the financial challenges that churches face today; annual giving, debt, capital projects, and planned giving. He is a positive force in bridging these needs with the power of spiritually motivated stewardship. Cumulatively, Jim has partnered with his clients to raise over $2 billion for local church ministry. Jim is a frequent writer and speaker on generosity and ministry funding. He is co-author of Contagious Generosity: Creating A Culture Of Giving In Your Church.
Jim and his wife, Nancy, live in the Atlanta, GA area and they have two married daughters. He is actively involved in his church where he serves as an elder and provides guidance to the Generosity Ministry Team.
Ben Habeck
Ben Habeck is the founder and CEO of Dime which has been in existence since 2004. Dime is an accounting outsourcing firm specializing in bookkeeping and payment processing services for churches, non‐profits and small businesses.
Prior to starting Dime, Ben quickly grew his career in the property & casualty insurance business as well as group health TPA becoming the corporate controller by age 25. In 2013, Ben co-founded Dime Business Services (DBS). DBS offers simple solutions for businesses of all kinds, including Lending, Capital investment, Management Consulting, Turnaround services, Strategic planning and board of director positions.
Throughout his career, Ben has facilitated many mergers and acquisitions in multiple expanding and contracting markets and has privately invested in many of those entities himself. Ben has consulted with hundreds of companies ranging from start-up to over $2 Billion and has served in the CFO position for many of these organizations. Ben lives in metro Atlanta, Georgia with his wife (Audrey) and 3 kids (Asher, Laney and Mack).
Mark Peeples
Mark A. Peeples is the owner of MAP Development, LLC and has been in real estate development and leasing over 25 years. With a primary focus on retail development, Mark has brokered and/or developed over $300 million dollars of retail properties. As of July 2024, MAP Development manages 115,000 square feet of self-developed retail projects. Mark has been involved in brokering and owning real estate deals from New York to Louisiana. Most recent developments include several Express Oil Change stores in Georgia.
While much of his career has been centered around real estate, Mark’s personal passion has been in ministry. A strong Christian, who is publicly open about his faith in Christ, he insists the only written policy he needs in his workplace is the Bible. Mark is a member of Redeemer Church in Birmingham and supports numerous ministries such as Lifeline Children’s Services, All Things Possible, Campus Crusade for Christ, JH Ranch and Hope Ranch International in Montana. He has also been instrumental in the planting of churches and orphanages on the international mission field.
Mark has been married to Nancy Hand Peeples for 36 years. They have two married adult daughters and three granddaughters. Mark is an avid hunter and outdoorsman, other interests includes golf and traveling.
Evan Regenstreif
Evan has been married to Shannon for 20 years and they have four beautiful kids - Brooklyn (19), Ava (17), Caleb (15) and Sophie (13). Evan currently serves as the CEO of Regency Supply, a national lighting and electrical distribution company headquartered in Los Angeles, Ca.
Two years ago, Evan and Shannon felt as though the Lord was asking them to take a bold step of faith and relocate their family to Franklin, TN. Although challenging for all of the reasons you might assume, God has been so kind and faithful through it all. The entire family is grateful for the move and have witnessed God’s hand in it all.
Evan, Shannon and the kids are stakeholders at Church of the City Franklin and are actively involved in local and global ministries. They have a passion to see families thrive and allow God to be at the center of their marriage, their relationship with their kids and in their workplace.
Charlie Dawes
Dr. Charlie Dawes is a Pastor and Author who has spent the last over two decades helping people come to know Jesus and become who God has designed them to be. He and his wife, Nicole have been married for 22 years and have 3 kids. He has worked in local churches, higher education and most recently in 2020 Charlie and Nicole planted Hill City Church in Alexandria, Va.
