WHY WE STARTED THE 10TEN PROJECT

Leaders don’t have time for one more thing. They feel torn. No leader should have to choose between their own health and the health of those they lead.

As former pastors and leaders of organizations, we know this reality and we want to see Christian Business Leaders and Pastors live fully alive. That is why we have partnered with some of the most seasoned pastors, leaders and organizations who have pursued healthy leadership and are ready to help other leaders do the same.

10Ten Project creates in-person excursions, monthly group leadership coaching with world class experts and a therapeutic counseling retreat with Onsite Workshops. Our leaders will walk away with a community who will keep them from isolation and as well as developed tools to help keep them in Kingdom work for the long haul.
